Canada Post Expedited Shipping

- Packages are insured and sent with tracking. Full payment must be received before products are shipped out. You will receive an email with shipment confirmation and your tracking number.

International Shipping

- Packages are sent via the most affordable option with tracking. Shipping rates will be communicated at the time of purchase and adjusted accordingly if the shipping method proves to be more than anticipated. Customs forms will be filled out and you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and your tracking number once sent.

If item is damaged, insurance with postal services will be pursued. Much caution is taken in packaging your art and products but please contact if anything is damaged during transit.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on case by base.

Deposits are sent after consultation for Custom project and terms of the payment arrangement will be sent in writing following initial discussion.
