Custom Bindrune
A bindrune (Icelandic “bandrún”) is the creation of an intentional symbol weaving runes in a linear or stacked form.
This symbol can then be activated with chanting runic names (galdr), invocation to birth intent, carving the symbol into wood, painting onto cloth/hide or tattooing.
The bindrune can be used as a logo, for tattoo, marriage, to mark an initiation, a business goal or financial plan or any other sacred activity.
My first bindrune was made when I visited Iceland. A vitki (sorcerer/magician) carved the symbol into a piece of elk bone and tied it onto leather cord, to be worn as a necklace. While studying Asatru practices, my mentor showed me how to chant the names of the runes and weave them with sound before drawing the symbol. She told me that vibration is the first gate of working with the runes, speak their names, simply ask them the best ways to weave them together. She said that runes are ancient beings that cannot be “used”, they interact, assist and help integrate wisdom that innately exists in the beholder.
This custom bindrune offering includes a half hour call to understand the intentions, needs, and purpose of your symbol.
Then I send 2 digital files of your bindrune with guidance on how to work with it in your daily life.
After booking this service, you will receive an email with details on what is needed to create the bindrune.
